Bad Weather-

All trips on the water are weather dependent and will be cancelled or postponed if the weather is not suitable. A full refund will be given on trips cancelled by the operator due to bad weather.

Minimum numbers-

All tours require minimum numbers and will not operate if minimum numbers are not met. In the event that minimums are not met and payment has been made a full refund will be given.

- Participation entirely at own risk with full indemnity to the tour operator.
- All tours must be pre booked
- Your Online booking receipt or ticket must be presented at the gate to show proof of purchase.
- Tour will depart at departure time shown NO refunds will be given for missed bookings or late arrivals.
- Tour operator reserves the right to offer an alternate trip or alternate date if the trip is cancelled by them.
- On purchase of a tour No refunds will be given unless the trip is cancelled by the operator.
- All bookings must be paid in full to confirm booking unless stated or agreed otherwise.
- Guests must be at departure point at least 15 minutes before departure time for boat trips and 10 minutes before land based tours.
