Visitors to Mikkira enjoy the space and tranquility of the natural bush environment. It is an amazing place for bird-watching, picnics, koala spotting and camping.

A natural bushland environment with old Manna Gum trees ideal for koala spotting or bird watching, with walking guide and bird list available on request. Caravans + camping welcome with hot showers all year round and campfire cooking in winter. Mikkira Station is open all year except on days above 30 degrees celcius. Permit required, available from The Port Lincoln Visitor Centre.

Day Trips: $15.00 per vehicle.
Camping: $25.00 per vehicle per night.

Permits are available at the Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre or Mobil Mortlock Service Station on Mortlock Terrace.
Should you arrive at Mikkira without a permit please call at the office located on-site to purchase a permit (cash only).
