CANCELLATION POLICY

*PLEASE NOTE FULL PAYMENT FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION BOOKING IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKINGS THAT DO NOT COMPLY*

Whilst we provide a free Booking Service changes or cancellations to Confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract fees as per cancellations listed below. This is in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator if applicable.

We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator overbooking their property or for any reason beyond our control. Credit card fees are non refundable.

• Cancellations notified prior to 30 days of arrival will incur a $50.00 administration fee.
• Cancellations notified less than 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee.
• Cancellations notified within 14 days of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee.
• Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee.
• Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% loss of payment.
• Cancellation policy is subject to managements discretion.
• Booking alterations or reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.

Travel arrangements and prices detailed on www.visitportlincoln.net are provided and coordinated by the Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre. The Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information as at the time of compilation.
However, as the relevant accommodation and tour operators on this website supply this information, it accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or mis-description contained within this website or information as so supplied. Sales of services as contained on this website are made by Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre, only as an agent for the person, business or company providing the services.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In an effort to keep our service as simple and easy as possible we do not create, use or store profiles of our customers. We only record Pll and other information that we reasonably require to do business with you.

Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre collects PI when you:
*Make a booking. Your full name, address, email address and phone numbers are taken each time you make a booking with us. *Contact [email protected]

Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre collects PI such as your full name, address, email address and/or telephone number whenever you submit a query or suggestion, or request assistance with a booking.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre uses your PI only for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your requests for our products and services.

*Purchase Port Lincoln Visitor Centre products or services Information collected when you purchase from www.visitportlincoln.net is used to charge your credit card and deliver your booking confirmation electronically. We may also contact you about your stay for customer service purposes or to make any changes or cancellations to your booking. *Respond to your questions or suggestions. We will use your address, email address and/or telephone number to contact you when you submit a question or suggestion.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre does not disclose any information about customer bookings to anyone except in the following circumstances: *Accommodation suppliers Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre provides the guest name, telephone number, address and email address for each booking made to the relevant accommodation supplier. Our accommodation suppliers require this information for the booking and if they need to contact you about the booking. Although Port Lincoln Visitor Information centre offers accommodation from reputable accommodation suppliers, we have not placed specific limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your written permission. Therefore we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any suppliers whose accommodation you purchase www.visitportlincoln.net

*Legal obligations Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre may be required by law to disclose information provided by you to www.visitportlincoln.net for the purposes of obtaining products or services from www.visitportlincoln.net

Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre may disclose information against someone who poses a threat to Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.

HOW YOU CONTROL AND ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION

Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre believes that site visitors and customers should have control over the collection and use of their Pll.
You have control and access to your information as follows:
*Booking information. If at anytime you would like to alter the PI you provided to www.visitportlincoln.net in your booking, please contact us.
*General. If at anytime you wish to enquire about any of your PI that is stored by www.visitportlincoln.com please contact us.

VALIDITY OF RATES

All Prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$), Prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax where applicable. Accommodation costs are for room only and do not include transfer or breakfast cost unless otherwise stated. Prices over accommodation block out periods may alter from the prices advertised. Contact us for further details. For bookings with instant confirmation a one night deposit is required at the time of the booking if booking is outside of 30 days. Full payment is required at the time of booking if booking within 30 days. Please proceed to our Secure Payment form to submit credit card details. For bookings within 24 hours full payment will be required upon confirmation. A credit card fee of AUD $2.50 will apply to all bookings made online. In addition, we apply an amendment fee to all booking changes of AUD $30.00. This is in addition to any cancellation charges imposed by the accommodation provider. Credit card fees are non refundable.

KEY COLLECTION

Please contact the Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre in regards to key collection for your booking.

DAMAGES AND INCIDENTALS

A Guest Registration form must be completed upon arrival at the Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre and a valid credit card will be required as security for any incidentals incurred during your stay. These include, but are not limited to; damages; missing items; loss of keys; and extra cleaning costs in the event the property is not left in the same condition as arrival. The Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre will advise you of any amount to be charge before doing so. Strictly no pets (unless otherwise stated) and no smoking, thank you.

PARTY POLICY

Please note that your booking is for holiday accommodation and parties will not be tolerated. You are requested to leave the premises in the same condition as upon occupation, and to be responsible for any extra cleaning costs, replacements or damage which occurs as a result of your stay.

UNDER 18S

All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18, the property has the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide current photo ID if requested prior to or upon check-in.

TOURS

These tours are subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions. These operators reserve the right to alter itineraries at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond their control. Prices may be altered, or tours discontinued at the operators discretion.

SECURE PAY

Book Easy Secure Payment Gateway is provided using Secure Pay Secure Bill Product. Secure Bill uses high security levels, which are standard for internet banking and large scale e-commerce sites and involve the use of 128-bit encryption. You can check the security level of the web page by clicking on your internet browser padlock or key icon. Encryption is the standard way of protecting your information as it is transmitted between you and Secure Pay. This involves converting the information into an unreadable code using a key (and also decoding it using this key).
The longer the key, the more difficult it is for others to break the encrypted codes.
